For a lot of people the words retard or retarded is a part of their daily vocabulary. You use it to jokingly insult your friends, but what you don’t realize is how hurtful the word can be. The “R” word was originally meant to be a diagnosis “mental retardation” or “mentally retarded”.... (more...)
